  Loved the red decor and simple room setup, great staff, the bed and bedding was amazingly comfortable. The banana bread was really good.

  The hotel has just finished a three year remodel and shows, the newly renovated rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable.

  The room remained warm through the night, adequate breakfast options.

  Not a good atmosphere and the fitted sheets did NOT fit at all.

  The location was superb, hotel Ruby was the perfect solution and the price was good and offered AARP discounts. The lobby lounge was great and cheap, service from the front desk, housekeeping, and lounge staff were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The big flat screen was very nice and breakfast was free.

  Very clean, great location, i liked the fact that we could park for free and just one block from the Bing Crosby Theater. Reasonable rate for downtown stay, very nice building and the price was perfect. The staff were very good and bathroom was spotless. The breakfast served was awesome.

  The location is great and for the money, this is the best value in Spokane. The hot cold on the shower is backwards, just like at my parent's house, the rates are reasonable and most of the staff are friendly and go the extra mile. The rooms are spacious.

  I liked the location and the price, cool funky design, worth the money. Best customer service in Spokane and the owners have done a nice job here. Cable tv is available and there was a good channel selection.

  The location was great for walking to the center of Spokane for theatre and the beds were super comfy, and really was an adorable hotel. The price was wonderful, the staff were excellent and the bathroom was large and the television was very nice. The breakfast was good.

  First of all the location for the price was more than i expected, modern atmosphere was fun and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and complimentary continental breakfast options were plentiful and substantial.
