The fact is it's the closest hotel with free parking to downtown (15 min drive) at budget price.
This isn't a real nice hotel and prices seemed reasonable.
All in all, I would denifitely return to this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking good quality versus value.
This hotel is really convenient because of it's location (close to Airport, and downtown).
The location was perfect for us because it is right off Highway 15 and close to the function we were attending.
Because of the great location-and free parking - I took a chance and reserved a room anyway.
Location is great since it is close to main roads and the metro subway system.
There is also a Metro station within walking distance.
With regards to "Dirty furniture" "saggy bed" "runny toilet" "hot room".
Our room had a double bed that was worn out,saggy and lumpy.
There are a few touches that would put Ruby Foo's over the top: a phone by the bed would be nice, and I'm told wireless internet is coming soon.
Bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great not sure they offered anything free and the service at check-in was excellent.
The room I stayed in, on the 4th floor of the main hotel was one of the new deluxe rooms.
The decor is asian themed and there is a restaurant on premises which serves several types of food in 1 dining room.
The one upside is that the hotel has a great breakfast restaurant and the service was quite good.
In addition i wish I had time to eat at the attached restaurant-.
I ordered room service twice for breakfast and once for a late dinner from La Tulipe Noire, the food was very good and the graciousness and promptness of service was well above the norm.
We did try the Sushi restaurant one evening and found that the food and service lived up to the general quality level of the hotel, which was not great.
Staff were friendly and room service was good.

Staff there were wonderful and the receptionist was welcoming.
Staff are polite and helpful, nice shower stall.
A beautiful new spa and fully equipped gym are on site in the hotel.
Furthermore cheap place to stay, the rate was well over-priced and the lobby was nice enough.
We received a group rate of $99CDN which I thought was very reasonable for a big city with free parking and free internet access.
Rooms are always clean and made up by the time you get back in the afternoon.
The hotel is clean, the staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, the bathroom is totally updated.
Rooms are always clean, the restaurants downstairs may look nice.
The room was clean and it worked for our purposes.
The hotel was a perfect 5/5, the front desk was very helpful to us and room was clean.
