  The location is good and its like walking through an old gallery in some ways. The building is spacious, felt cheated that they charged an extra 8 euros to use the unheated pool per person.

  Hotel staffs are unfriendly and all the other services like car parking. Single room far too small and there is just one receptionist does the work of all.

  Reasonably good location, we also liked the traditional style of the hotel interieur and lovely building. For the money we paid we got nothing and the staff was welcoming and nice. The rooms were excellent and breakfast was decent.

  Other main attractions, the hotel has a lovely garden and nice decoration. The service is good.

  The bed are really small and use of swimming pool are to be paid extra.

  Calm surroundings and the hotel was large and spacious. Moreover the rooms were dirty, also coffee at breakfast was awful and the swimming pool was a very nice relief in the hot Florentian summer.

  Great location, the hotel turned from a beautiful old house and otherwise a lovely building. In addition unfriendly staff and nice big room. Bar are very comfortable and spacious.

  The breakfast can be more better, we had to pay for the private parking facility.

  Superb location, the Hotel was comfortable and the rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

  A stunning garden for such a central location, friendly staff and good sized rooms. We liked the swimming pool.

  Staff made effort to switch room to accomodate my need for quiet room thatwas safe to open window- I very much appreciated that, breakfast was not good.

  I paid less in Rome center city and the cost of parking was expensive too 25 Euros.

  This is an enchanting hotel. You are in the city and yet when you are in the hotel, it feels like you're in a villa outside the city. The period building and the gardens feel like you're in a Borghese surroundings. It was my retreat when I wanted to get away from the crowds. I wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Florence. I am so lucky that I found it on my own on the internet. I highly recommend it.
