  Quiet location looks fabulous and francesco suggested a great restaurant in town for our dinner. Very nice design of the hotel and lovely building. Friendly staff, receptionists helpful and pleasant, the rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good.

  Location is good for driving in and out of Florence, for the Dutch speaking people, this hotel is an ideal choice as one of the owners is from Holland.

  The staff is unfriendly and room and air conditioning very old. The breakfast is ridiculous.

  Calm surroundings and lovely Hotel. Old century building, nice decoration and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were dirty and breakfast was good.

  Good location and beautiful Hotel. Unfriendly staff, nice big room and we liked the swimming pool and the garden.

  Very old pillows and bad breakfast.

  In a great location to explore Florence, the hotel is in a wonderful building and the facilities are very confortable, clean and beautiful.

  The staff is rude and the room is old and dirty. The breakfast can be more better.

  Reasonably good location, the gardens around the hotel were beautiful and the staff was welcoming and nice. The rooms were spacey clean and comfortable.

  Good location close to the duomo and the Hotel Royal staff is very friendly.

  The room is small and the beds are awful, no fresh fruit is available for breakfast.

  Other main attractions and location is convenient and has a parking place.

  Great location, the hotel was large and spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful and a very pleasant room. The pool was nice as we went during the hottest time of the year.

  Quiet location, the room was very clean as was the Hotel on the whole.

  Staff on front desk, from one man was on duty in the evenings, were sullen and unfriendly, the bed was very uncomfortable. Also coffee at breakfast was awful.

  Don't stay near the elevator and good service. The rooms were cleaned and linen changed every day.

  All of the staff at the Hotel Royal were incredibly polite and helpful, the room was literally 2x2 square meters.
