Our experience here was really great. The room was wonderful and brand-new, we could use a nice swimming pool on-site. The staff was exceptionally nice and fairly friendly and great to deal with. The services were excellent, offered us fine free Wi-Fi. Our location was marvellous and absolutely perfect to El Centro attractions. Easily reached El Pollo Pepe, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Located in the heart of the city, very clean and secure. Wonderful staff, especially Hector. Close to Starbucks. Hot water and plenty of hangers in the shower. The bellhop, Angel, remembered my name and made me feel like a regular. Family-friendly with comfortable rooms and a big TV. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location: the property was very close to city centre of Guadalajara as well as the cathedral. Found Sanborns Centro right at the hotel where I had supper. I greatly enjoyed the fact that the room was wonderful and bed was soft.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic zone, surrounded by all the major tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have plenty of hot water. The staff, although limited in English, are always friendly and provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast buffet in the morning. Additionally, the hotel offers purified water free of charge. it provides a convenient and comfortable stay for both business and leisure travelers.
Some of the bedding and towels in the rooms appeared worn-out and stained, which could use some updating.
