The suites in the newer end of the building are much nicer, with balcony and murphy bed in the main room.

Pool" belongs to a different public beach where again you do not have to pay an enterance fee - but beds cost extra and you can not switch from one place to the other one without "loosing" the bed.

It was really fine (#101) - we still had 2 bedrooms sharing a bath, but our kids had the ocean view.

We booked "Suite" with 2 sepearte rooms - those are in a seperate building opposite street of Hotel - 70 ties style.

The ambience is peaceful, with well decorated rooms and good balcony or patio privacy.

It has 2 very good restaurants by the docks (one with trees growing through the dining room and out the roof).

Breakfast was pleasant, with the spectacular view, and plenty of food on the buffet.

Furthermore restaurants on the seafront in town were reasonable and service was excellent.

Excellent value for money, good balcony or patio privacy and breakfast was adequate.

The views from the rooms were spectacular, the hotel itself was beautiful and the reception staff were all excellent.

The view from the balcony was spectacular and staff was helpful in giving me directions for using the bus.

Again great view overlooking sea, super Hotel and the staff was friendly.

Our kids loved the novelty of riding the tiny elevator up and down to the sea.

There is a pool (and hotel guests may use it free), but you have to walk down to the water and toward the town of Grignano to find it.
