Excellent value for money, good balcony or patio privacy and breakfast was adequate.

Getting there

Direction from the airport "Ronchi Dei Legionari" (Trs):

At the exit turn left in Via Aquileia, at the round-about follow the signs to the motorway "autostrada" A4 Venezia – Trieste, until you reach the tollgate "REDIPUGLIA". Take the motorway direction TRIESTE until you reach the tollgate. Keep on driving on the main road E70 and drive out from this main street at the third exit "SISTIANA". Follow the signs to "Strada Costiera" (SS14)- a coastal road which you will drive along for 10km.

When you reach a zebra crossing with a flashing light, you have reached hotel.

Hotel – a yellow building with palms and flags in front of it - is on your left side.

By train - only 10 minutes by taxi from the main railway station in Trieste.

By airplane - only 25 minutes by taxi from the airport Ronch dei Legionari.

Staff were helpful in giving me directions for using the bus and returning on, restaurants on the seafront in town were reasonable. The bathroom was very clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular, service was excellent, breakfast was adequate.

Trieste was a pleasant surprise, and the trip on the cable train up the mountains was fun, the beach was really nice. The reception staff were all excellent, breakfast was included and quite adequate.
