The hotel insisted on payment through them instead of directly to the driver, resulting in an inflated rate. The discrepancy between what the driver claimed to receive and what the hotel charged was disheartening, as it appeared that the staff was taking advantage of guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room, although quite small and without a window , was clean and tidy. The hotel is located quite close to a small mall which has a McDonald's, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and other important attractions around the city. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop area, which had great views.
