The staff members were very nice and pleasant. It was cheap, compact and with balcony.

The location was great and incredible, close to everything, and the room was compact.

Generally, the place was fabulous and had amiable staff at the reservation. It was just off various bars & restaurants, the train station and the city beach, great and incredible location overall.

Convenient city center location, close to both railway station and Plaza del Puerto for airport bus. Clean and tidy with fridge option. Good value for a short stay in lively nightlife area around Castaños. Helpful staff.

No luxuries, but it's clean and in the city centre. A lot of bars, restaurants and cefes everywhere around. 5 minuts walk to the beach. There are towels in the bathroom, but there is no shower gel nor shampoo.

Some rooms have an ugly patio view.

Hotel is close to the beach - a pleasant 10min walk. Plenty of activity with there being a nightclub next door and coffee shops & bars on & around the corner. Have this in mind for it gets lively over the weekends and may prove a problem should you need to sleep. Staff, despite their (very) lack of English (and my mass lack of Spanish) were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day

Lack of a kettle in the room was a bit of a let-down as that meant regular trips to Pinnochios across the road was necessary every time my Tea-mad partner had the urge for a cuppa. Could have done with refils of shampoos when used. But they are minor gripes.

Fine & compact room that's nothing like the picture.

The hotel's location was perfect for my city trip, as it was conveniently located in the city center and just a short walk away from the beach. The proximity to the lively ambiance of the city made it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The thick towels provided were a nice touch, and I appreciated the value for money that the hotel offered.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like about my stay. the noise from outside, especially the bars on the street, made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Fantastic Spanish breakfast, perfect location, budget-friendly, shops and pubs nearby, close to bus stop and beach.
