Impeccably clean hotel with pretty friendly staff at breakfest service. Really beautiful building and rooms with great view.

My room at Mgallery Hotel in Sopot was spacious and comfortable, with a tea making facility that was a pleasant surprise. The central location made it easy to explore the city and find places to eat. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Despite some minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was so good so I chanced my plans to stay in Gdansk. Sopot was a great surprise and this hotel has very good value for that (reduced) price.

The hotel is in a great location, at the top of the main street in Sopot, close to many restaurants and bars. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away, lovely for an evening stroll. Our room was comfortable, clean, very nice. The window was able to be opened and we had a nice view to the clock tower and street. Breakfast was a very nice buffet, with lots of options and the breakfast room is tastefully decorated and luxurious - really made me feel like I was in a special setting.

There is only one terminal for guest internet access, which I wouldn't think would be a problem as many people travel with a laptop or mobile phone for internet access, but we had to wait to use the internet and then felt bad spending more than a few minutes as others were waiting.

Pleasant spotlessly clean property, it has PLEASANT staff at breakfest service. The room is nice styled and modern and has a luxury bathroom. The breakfast is sensational with huuuge options to enjoy, wonderful coffee plus the food for brunch, there’s an option for each taste. The place provides good prices.

the classic king room is impressive with table etc, the balcony, for instance. the location is great and unbeatable, 1 km from pier in sopot. it's in a really nice building in the pretty quiet area. the elegant restaurant for dinner is a nice plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Mgallery hotel. It is situated right at the top of Monte Casino, offering proximity to the action but still away from the noise. The rooms were clean, with daily water provided, and the LCD TV and wifi worked well. The Sunday buffet brunch had a fair choice of dishes and the staff serving were excellent. Despite a couple of drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I would still recommend this hotel based on my positive experience. I had a great stay at Mgallery hotel.

The place was immaculately clean and superior, had very helpful and competent staff at breakfest service. The location was incredibly comfortable, at a walking distance from Pier in Sopot. Plus it was in an excellent area.

This hotel is absolutely not 5 star, when we arrived, our given room was dirty and not clean anywhere, dirty bathroom, in room left dirt from previous guests, like bloody blaster under the blanket, cork from wine bottles and papers on the floor, broken door from shower

Well-appointed and beautifully decorated room, as well as really helpful staff. Comfortable bed, an iron, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Smooth check-in and efficient service. Late check out. Central location, just a short walk away from Monte Cassino.

Great 5-star stay. Upgraded to an amazing suite, bigger than my apartment, with 2 balconies, multiple couches and TVs, and a luxurious bathroom. The location is perfect, with easy access to the sea, tram, and bus stops. Enjoyed a delicious meal at the bar/restaurant and indulged in a fantastic Thai massage at the SPA.

There are no coffe and/or tea making facilitise in the rooms. There are no rooms (except one) with bath tub if somebody prefer taking a bath than a shower.

Location is great and the hotel is of good standard. Room service was fast and hotel staff friendly.

The bill at check out was in Polish which made it impossible to check if it was correct. This was especially anoying since the bill was much higher than expected.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and within walking distance to the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with any questions or requests.

The breakfast selection could've been better with more vegan options.
