The staff was polite. Room service came every day to clean up the mess. In the bathroom, there was hot water all the time. The hotel was near the railway station, and I could quickly move around the city. A mall was close to the hotel, which was very convenient when I needed to buy something in a rush.
The room was not clean at all. The carpet was dirty, and the shower was uncomfortable.

The hotel was in an excellent location that allowed me to walk to many attractions in this city. The staff were fantastic and provided me with a room with a shower upon request. The breakfast was delicious, and the employees were attentive to my needs.

The family-run hotel had an amazing cordial connect. Owners and staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Great Italian restaurant and bar with wonderful pizza-bread. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to the town center and train station. Elevator available.

The location was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of shops nearby. The bar had a relaxed atmosphere and Italian staff made us feel welcoming. We enjoyed the authentic pizza which was free with our drinks.
The hotel was not very clean and the bathroom had seen better days. The shower was tiny and difficult to use.
