Very simple, but ok, nice staff.
The restaurant was closed in August, no facilities in the village, only a very simple camping pizzeria nearby. No possibility to have dinner when arriving late (09:00 P.M.)

The staff were very good because we do not speak french, but we always managed to be understood. The manager spoke enough english to see us through our stay.At first we tried to eat out but the hotel is in a small village, later we had our breakfasts & meals in the hotel & found the evening meals very good value @ 18 euros per person with 3 starters, 3 mains & 3 desserts to pick from. A lot of clients just use it as a 1 night stay [french], but we met dutch, american & belgique who stayed longer like us & were very friendly. We used the hotel as a base going out for the day then coming back early evening to chill out have a drink around the pool, then have our meal, the hotel was very well kept, clean, free parking & very good for a 2 star. We would use it again no problem, the rooms were big enough for our use & the shower was always hot & powerfull. The only warning I will make is unfortunatly they dont do evening meals on a weekend but next door is a very large pizza restaurant that we used once & enjoyed the meal there, they do the continental breakfast @ weekends which we found was good value

A wide range of leisure activities were available for our family at Hotel Du Mas. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding region with its impressive natural settings, such as the mountains and sea. The kids had a blast participating in various sports activities, while my wife and I indulged in wine tasting sessions. The golf courses nearby provided entertainment for the whole family, and we also went on themed visits to learn more about the local culture. Lastly, the boat trips we took were a highlight of our stay, allowing us to discover the beautiful coastline and enjoy the sea.
My children wanted a dedicated play area for kids.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I loved the fact that some of the rooms come with a terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings in the blue-collar urban area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a colourful bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was also satisfying.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The staff were very helpful and spoke english. The room was adequate but the extra bed was a bit small and decoration may not be to everyone's taste. The air conditioning worked well, The swimming pool was very good especially as it was hot when we stayed there.
The bathroom was small with the toilet just behind the door and the shower was half open which meant that there was a fair amount of water on the floor after showering.

The hotel was close to a number of tourist sites in the area.
I found the staff friendly but as we had almost no French language it was impossible to communicate anything. They were not flexible at all about seating at meal times and a television channel blared throughout the evening meal and at breakfast in the dining room.

The cleanliness of the hotel and its surrounding areas, helpfulness of staff even with our groups limited French vocabulary, its location away from the city and the rooms excellent, Quiet air conditioning unit.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a blue-collar urban area. The prices were fantastic, offering great value for money. The attention to detail was impressive, with books, magazines, and newspapers available in the reception area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially about the local wines. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a terrace to relax on. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
All was perfect, no improvements needed!

The hotel is situated very handily for Narbonne town and the beaches nearby (Narbonne Plage and Gruissan particularly). The staff were very friendly.
The only two things against it were 1. The swimming pool is not open in the mornings; and 2. the shower in my room had the worst water pressure I have ever come across. I must say that neither of these things spoilt the break for me.

The hotel initially looked very ordinary from the outside, but as soon as we walked in, it had a lively atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local wines and cuisine. The free secure parking was a great advantage for us, and we appreciate that we could use the pool area at any time. the AC in the room worked well, and the bed was comfortable.
Our experience was not up to the mark because of unruly children whose parents had no intention of watching them. They ran around the pool, making it impossible to have a relaxing time.

Had character and staff were friendly and helpful. Could buy wine and water at hotel at sensible prices. Fine for a one nite overnite stop enroute as not far off motorway and made pleasant change to either an Etap or Ibis.
Rooms small and bathrooms very small. Paid extra for a terrace - turned out to be a ground floor room with a table and 2 chairs outside on main thoroughfare. Also these rooms only had patio doors and no windows, so if like to sleep with window open - not possible.
