Room service is perfect, the food is good and the waiters are genuinely nice.
Professional staff management, the room was very comfortable and clean, the food was excellent - the a la carte was one of the best we've ever had.

Service in the jacks brasserie = exceptional, nice room and the restaurant and the food is wonderful.

Wengen has no private automobiles and for the dinner we didnt have choice of two menus.

The views are incredible and only mountain trains are clean, comfortable. Wengen is totally charming, nice parks and close to Jungfrau, this region is perfect for everyone. The service is classic, mr Meyer the owner is fantastic and the rooms themselves are kept immaculately keen by excellent housekeeping.

Incredible view, excellent Stay and sauna etc as well as a wine/interiors shop in the basement and a comfortable terrace too. The staff is very kind and owner has good hiking recommendations. Its dining room is the best and food is perfect. The menu is varied.

The location is great and just far enough away from the town center, perfect place to enjoy the splendor of Bernese Oberland. The service overall is excellent, rooms are good sized by European standards and the bread is very tasty and healthy. Wine list is long enough.
