Hotel Regency Florence - 佛罗伦萨

The location is too far from historical sites and the hotel is located on a charming park.

Good location as easy to walk to city centre, the hotel is old one and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

After long days of sightseeing and very pleasant hotel in a good location.

Pros: Good, quiet location (despite what other reviews have said, within reasonable walking distance of most sites in Florence); friendly staff; good restaurant; clean.

I stayed four days and had to hire taxi's to get back.

HOTEL: it is a nice hotel(a little stuffy) bed is good and the bath has a tub in it with marble floors.

The room was OK (apart from the water coming through the bathroom ceiling) and the staff were very helpful.

The service is very good, breakfast in the dining room is very nice.

New faces in the staff didn't have a clue about any concierge service, before hiring a training of the territory should be the minimum requirement.

The staff were warm, the concierge was friendly and helpful, the bathroom was clean.

Here were upgrade to suites that were quite large and equally quiet and the service by Claudia and Andrea at the front desk was outstanding.

Reception staff was poor, restaurant was middling.

This hotel has first class service and all of the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

2) It is a hotel in 2 buildings - the main building is great, but the annex is not so good - it is on 3 levels and does not have an elevator - this ruined the hotel for me.

We enjoyed drinks in the garden courtyard and also had an excellent dinner at the hotel.

When we contacted the hotel staff, rather than moving us to a different room, they sent housekeeping to clean the room again, which helped a bit, but not completely.

The bathroom was clean, breakfast in the courtyard was lovely.
