As a frequent traveler, I stayed at Regency Hotel in Chisinau during a recent transit. The hotel's partnership with a reliable taxi company was definitely a plus. It provided convenient transportation options, ensuring that I could easily reach my desired destinations within or outside the capital.

While my stay was relatively smooth, I did notice a minor issue during my time at the hotel. In the room, I couldn't find a price list for the minibar, and there was a slight discrepancy with the billing for the items I consumed.

Visited Moldova for 5 days and stayed at this well-positioned hotel. The studio room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed, sofa, and a luxurious bathroom with a massage shower cabin and sauna. The cleanliness and good lighting of the room made it even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, including a variety of options for breakfast. The friendly, English-speaking staff and the proximity to a supermarket with a great selection of Moldovan cognacs and wines were added bonuses.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and lots of natural light. The wifi signal is strong and reliable, perfect for staying connected. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, assisting me with my bags and even allowing me to use their microwave to heat up my food. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with plenty of attractions within walking distance. I had a great stay at Regency Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic New Year's at this hotel, with great staff and delicious breakfast. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. And the best part was the amazing view from our balcony!

Only downside was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. It would have been nice to have a hot drink in our room after coming in from the cold.

The staff were incredibly helpful and well-trained, making us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. We felt safe and enjoyed exploring the old part of town. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. We were impressed with the amenities provided, such as the large bottle of water and the bidet in the bathroom. The hotel even accommodated our dietary needs, providing gluten-free crackers for breakfast upon request.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lost my after shave otherwise ok

Stayed in this hotel during my city trip and the experience was amazing! The personnel was very helpful and had a great local knowledge, making recommendations to visit interesting places. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the city. the breakfast provided a wide range of choices and was delicious. , the location was perfect, near the center but still in a calm area, and close to a great park with a lake to relax.

Although there was nothing terrible to dislike about the hotel, I would say that the bathroom could have had more amenities provided. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Excellent new 4 star hotel in a safe area with embassies 15 minutes walk to the main shopping area. Friendly staff, nice simple breakfast and very clean rooms.
