The rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and safe. The restaurant food is tasty, and the breakfast offered is hot with fresh juices and the local sparkling wine, for example.

The room was good sized and nicely furnished with terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and the location was amazing.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Ideal location close to fountains of love, and Coimbra with free parking and closeness to city center. Lovely building and rooms in the spa wing. Savoury food, especially nice hot breakfast.

good-sized and lovely romantic room and spacious bathroom with a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath robes. very comfy pillows and bed. superb dishes, central location in the center of coimbra. so close to the bar restaurant, fountains and centuries-old trees, and the magical gardens.

The hotel was what we enjoyed during trip. The room itself was a nice size and brand-new and had an incredible view.

The total stay was outstanding in the entire two week vacation. The hotel was situated in the central location next to the river. The parking was free, the service was excellent, the room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had a variety of hot options, and the staff was professional.

Conveniently located near Fuente de los Amores, so you can easily pop over there. I tried out a fancy restaurant close by, which was a treat! 🍽️

Because of a problem with the deluxe room I was upgraded and had well-appointed room with a big balcony.

Thought the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey for what it offered in the way of food. Good service and lovely dining room but not very generous proportions. Breakfast was good.

The staff were very attentive to our needs. The gardens plus other facilities (E.G. restaurant, swimming pool) allowed for a pleasant stay.

the restaurant here was lovely for dinner, we both ordered light dishes. had good facilities, such as a lounge area, a kettle and a balcony.

We got great value for our money with an upgraded room and excellent service. The location was beautiful, surrounded by greenery, but a bit tricky to find. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
