Fairly quiet rooms, particularly nice view. Reasonably priced food for dinner and breakfast. Location right by the airport, and other touristic sites. Excellent service, great breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and respectful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with well-maintained facilities and a beautifully kept courtyard. The heated swimming pool was a highlight, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and multiple transportation options. We also appreciated the reasonably priced and delicious food, especially the buffet breakfast with a variety of savory options and a healthy green drink. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel room was very clean, the grounds were immaculate, the yard was very well kept and the staff was very helpful and courteous!!

The bed was kind of too hard and the balcony open into a busy street and soccer stadium, a lot of noise.

The hotel is a great area. The parking is free but on the weekend it's hard to get parking The room is small compared to other, but it's clean and the furniture is not old ir beat up. I would defeanity stay here next time.

Rooms are too small bathroom to close not privacy

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The proximity of the hotel to key attractions and local amenities made it very convenient for exploring the area. The fact that the hotel had a swimming pool was a great bonus, especially during the hot weather.

The Wi-Fi service was unreliable and often didn't work properly, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, there was a noise issue during the evenings due to a nearby soccer camp, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The re is lot of noise during the night, and you can not sleep. Also they pushing you to buy or consume in their restaurant.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Guadalajara and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices at the hotel were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel on a busy avenue did not bother me at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities in the rooms were more than satisfactory. Furthermore, the hotel provided excellent wifi connection throughout the property. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was a real highlight. The selection of savory options, accompanied by a delicious green drink, made for a delightful start to the day.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Ok hotel, very friendly staff but no one spoke English except for 1 belboy. Hotel's restaurant was very mediocre and didn't enjoy the meals. Hotels locationg is quite far from the Center of Guadlajara so a Taxi ride to anywhere interesting

The service here is top-notch, with room service available and a helpful and efficient staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed, from the cozy sitting area to the comfortable bed. I also appreciated the beautiful garden area and heated swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.

Clean room, friendly staff, private atmosphere, clean pool, decent food at the restaurant. Great breakfast, attentive and happy staff. Exceptional courtyard away from the noise. Fine breakfast and lunch, nice and cooperative staff. Beautiful green garden, swimming pool, valet parking, well-maintained place in a safe area. Highly recommend the car rental service available at the hotel, convenient and affordable.
