The hotel provides an excellent service. Moreover it has excellent wifi to surf the net etc.

the hotel was clean and in a particularly good location. the staff were pleasant and incredibly nice. location: the property was not far from communal areas, parks, and outstanding restaurants. i usually went to chef burger el penon to grab a bite. it was an excellent experience.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with a spacious bathroom and a comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The location was also a winner, situated in a safe neighborhood frequented by tourists. Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, arranging my airport transfer without any issues.

Now, if I had to nitpick, the breakfast could have been better in terms of variety of items. But overall, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Clean and the staff was nice and amazing. Location: the hotel was near the San Antonio tourist area as well as river and parks. We ordered lunch at Sonoma Cuisine, located minute walk from the venue. The room was brand-new and clean with a bathwith a very comfy bed.

Spent Easter holidays in a hotel in Cali. The room was very big and the bathroom was amazing. The location was fantastic; it was close to restaurants and cafes, and it only took a cheap taxi ride to get to other places around the city. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The street noise was quite bad. Even on the higher floors, you could still hear it.
