This contemporary hotel has a welcoming, amazing staff and it's located on the waterfront promenade. Some of the rooms have amazing views of the lake. The dining is incredible at the Lebanese restaurant L 'Arabesque as well as the Asian fusion restaurant Spice. The renovated rooms are enjoyable, but some feel that it's not worth the price.

Ideally located facing the magnificent panorama of the lake and Mont-Blanc, Hotel President Wilson is just steps away from one of the most beautiful parks, international organizations and chic boutiques. The hotel was fully renovated in 2009/2010 and has become one of the city's most contemporary hotels.

This five-star property offer 230 luxuriously renovated guestrooms. The combination of local traditions and modern conveniences with panoramic views of the lake creates a decadent atmosphere at the hotel. Each room feature the latest comforts like LCD TV with satellite channels, complimentary TV internet access, multi-line phones with voice mail and free local calls are also provided.

Meal options at the hotel include the Lebanese restaurant Arabesque, the Spice’s restaurant that serving international fusion cuisine, summertime restaurant Bayview which serves Mediterranean cuisine and two elegant bars.

This hotel has 24-hour business centre, nine meeting rooms with latest technology and extensive layout flexibility in addition to secretarial services, computer rentals and audio-visual equipment, so guests can organize any event with ease. Guests also can benefit from event catering, ballroom, banquet facilities and exhibit space.

The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town and close to La Perle-du-Lac Pprk, Jet d'Eau fountain, Saint-Pierre cathedral, Marionette museum, Flower clock, Botanical Gardens, English Garden park and La Grange park. Also nearby are United Nations European Headquarters, Barbier-Mueller Archeology museum, Geneva city hall and Bourg-de-Four square.

Bayview restaurant offer beautiful view of the Alps and the lake and boasts an opulent new design, a unique culinary concept and a spectacular wine cellar. Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from noon to 2pm and from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.

Pool garden restaurant serve Mediterranean flavoured cuisine and invites visitors to relax during warmer weather next to the salt-water swimming pool in the terrace.

Arabesque restaurant offer Lebanese specialties and is open every day from noon to 2.30pm and from 7.30pm to 11.30pm.

Glow bar is spacious and contemporary lounge that provides calm and voluptuous relaxation. Guests can daydream at the flames in an immense fireplace.

So is stylish and subdued bar where guests can relax and unwind with drink.

Glowing Salon can be used privately for lunches or dinners between friends or for business.

The preferred airport for Hotel President Wilson is Geneva international airport (GVA), formerly known as Cointrin airport - 8km

Direction to the hotel:

From the A1 highway take the "Genève-Lac" exit. Then drive down to the lake and continue along the harbour to the Hotel President Wilson which is the first hotel on the right.

The trip to the hotel takes about 20 minutes and costs approximately 45 CHF. Taxis are available at the main entrance to the Arrivals terminal.

Nearest bus stop is only one minute walk from the hotel.

Nice lounge/bar area for relaxing, the concierge was very kind and helpful to buy the train ticket on my behalf, the entire hotel had gorgeous fresh flowers placed throughout. Staff were exceptionally good, the room was excellent and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The gym was perfectly adequate.

I loved the location, there's better and nicer in town, the hotel is very nice directly located on the shores of lake Geneva close to downtown. The new decoration is very modern and stylish, staff are professional. The rooms are very cosy and big breakfast buffet in lounge in the am is convenient and plentiful.

The price i had to pay wasreally bad and the mattress feels like is 30 years old. Most undignified and the concierge typically look on helpless.

Very nice location and modern hotel. Great meeting venue and wonderful natural flowers decoration everywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff, very comfy bed. Gorgeous terrace, elegant restaurants and a very good choice for business travelers in Geneva.

Just the location, great hotel and the fresh flowers in the lobby are a feast for the eyes. The staff is very friendly, the concierge is very helpful and the Aqua di Parma products in the bathroom are quite nice.

Eco friendly location and excellent hotel. Very nice lobby area and good service. The room was fine.
