Located close to the train station and convention centre, the hotel provides easy access to different places. The rooms are cleaned regularly and well-stocked, with a decent sized fridge and firm mattresses that help to alleviate backaches.

It can be a bit challenging to signal your green intentions without English instructions, and the AC units in non-smoking rooms may produce unpleasant smoke-like smells.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the shopping street and the convention center where we attended a conference. The breakfast buffet for 800 yen was also a good deal, and we enjoyed the decent coffee provided. The staff were friendly and worked hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. We appreciated the fact that they provided 24-hour support at the reception desk, especially since we used this city as a springboard for day trips.

The size of the rooms was a bit small and cramped, leaving little space to move around. Another issue was the outdated and limited selection on the TV, especially considering the international clientele.
