We had a great Christmas at this hotel! The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel provided us with all the necessary amenities like coffee/tea, toiletries, and even umbrellas when it rained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags after check-out. The location was perfect, with a convenient airport shuttle stop nearby and a subway station just a short walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Lawson, 7-Eleven, and McDonald's within a few meters of the hotel.

That the staff had limited English, which made it a bit challenging to get assistance with activating our Welcome Sim and Wi-Fi. However, despite this small inconvenience, our overall experience at this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely choose it for our next stay.

Authentic, huge room and friendly staff with services.

The location was just great to subway, shopping and food. The service was super - had difficulty with my iPad but with one call to the front desk, someone came up to hook it up for me. Our rooms were neat and clean, including the bathroom and provided with necessities. Also appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. Took my sister on her first trip to Japan and asked for her room to be close to ours. We were happy that our request was granted.

Its a good hotel with everything you need in an suprising large sized room. it has Tempur Pillow and a wonderfully wide bed. Its location is ideal being located in the within the city area. Good place for its price! I would stay there again.
