Hotel Prati Naples - 那不勒斯

Convenient midtown location, near the train station and cheerful seafood restaurant nearby.

This is a good location to visit Rome and the hotel was very clean.

Well communicated -ten minutes by bus to airport, the hotel was very clean and the staff was not very friendly nor helpful.

The supposed garage/parking was a public underground car park which we could have paid 10 euros a day for.

There was no air condition, the mini bar was ful of yellow stains, the room was without fire instructions and price examples, the beds was too soft and the legs of the bed wouldn't support a person heavier than 75 kg – the whole room was filthy.

There are no decent shops or restaurants that we found but we were on a budget holiday.

Olso the staff it was very frendly and speak english very well.

If you don't have a car to take you to the airport you can talk to reception and they can call someone with a mercedes car to give you for 55 euro to Ciampino.

After one night, I checked out and went across the street to The Plaza which is much more modern and cleaner and with much better customer service.

We were very disapointed and complained to the boy at the reception desk, who proved to be very helpful and gave the impression that he didn't take his employers seriously.

The hotel lacks any character, the one man reception spoke no english despite claims to be multilingual.

We had to fight with the front desk to get back our passports and my sister had to reach over the desk and grab them as we ran out all the time the front desk person yelling that we will not get back out money.
