The very central location was we booked this hotel and the staff were incredibly nice.
Staff were friendly and my room was spacious and comfortable.
The location couldn't be better, the Hotel is well situated in easy reach of the main attractions and even offering some little services complimentary.

Professional staff and location, lots of good neighborhood restaurants nearby, one of the best family hotel. Gorgeous old building, not worth the money we paid and fantastic interior decoration almost like a bedroom in a a palace. Room is big enough.

The pillows are not comfortable and the overnight manager on Saturday night is downright rude and nasty.

The location was excellent, this hotel was really lovely and i expected better service being a frequent stayed since 2005. The room was fantastic and breakfast was very good and the staff on reception were always very friendly and helpful.

The location is just perfect and we live in a lovely home, and we like our hotels to match our own living standards. Small bar in the lobby and staff could not be more helpful, the bedroom windows are large / traditional architecture. The breakfast is also very good.
