3 star Posada Aire de Ruesga (Ruesga Air) is situated in an amazing place of Cantabria, among mountains and near the sea. It is a stone 17th-century house that has been lovingly restored to its former glory and carefully decorated with attention to details, creating an atmosphere of gracious charm and tranquillity. The inn has ten comfortable and spacious rooms each one of them decorated in a different way, inspired in different decorative styles and recalling different cultures and towns. The Inn has spacious common areas: the sitting room with chimney and a little library situated where the stables were located in the past; the restaurant, in an area of new construction with large windows that permit to enjoy the wonderful landscape; the terraces and porches, that are as authentic windows from which enjoy the lovely peace of countryside; a wide garden inside a farm of 6.000 m2 with variety of regional and fruit trees
