Hotel Pollera Krakow - 克拉科夫

A good location, main town square and the hotel is situated in an excellent position.

Within a few minutes walk from the central square, in a very good location close to the station and free WiFi are among the great features of this Hotel.

A five minute walk from the beautiful market square, great location - close to train station and i loved the Art Nouveau influence of the decor.

They organised taxi (the hotel has one - sort of mini bus) to take us to Oswiecim and to airport very efficiently.

We used the hotel's taxi service to pick us up from the airport, which was booked via email a couple of days before our stay and the driver was there waiting for us.

The suite is excellent , massive , clean and modern bathroom with super high water pressure, large bedroom and small sitting room with hallway.

Despite the old appearance of the room, the bed was comfortable and the heating so hot that we turned it down.

My room was comfortable, equipped with a small tv, en-suite shower and toilet, alarm clock/radio (from the 60's by the looks of it!

Room was huge with table and chairs to sit at as well as coat stand, palm plants and matching bed linen with built in headboard.

As far as the hotel, we had a suite which consisted of large Bedroom, a large bathroom and a couch/sitting area.

Didn't try the restaurant other than for breakfast as there are so many other places to eat in Krakow!

The major thing I didn't like was coming down to breakfast to find lots of people smoking in the restaurant right next to where the food table was.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, altho' my one dinner at the restaurant was very disappointing.

The restaurant menu is predominantly local cuisine.

However, the rooms are not like the photos on their website - the rooms are far more tired looking and the restaurant where you have your breakfast was very dowdy.

The maid service was excellent each day and the front desk staff were very helpful.

As other people have written, the requirement to leave your key at reception is intrusive, and one has to hope that staff know to whom to give the keys to upon collection.

Reception desk staff could give impression of being stuffy however we realised that their language skills were certainly not 100% and so made allowances.

The hotel's elevator was small, but adequate.

For those of you who know London, just imagine yourself staying in a hotel in Covent Garden - right in the middle of everything!

The hotel is beautiful, the wireless internet access is FREE.

BTW, the wireless internet access is FREE.

However it was clean and the shower room was spotless.

The hotel has a lovely old fashioned charm, with clean, modern bathrooms with an excellent power shower.

Pre-organisation of airport transfers was very helpful, the hotel/room was clean and comfortable, most of the staff spoke good english.

The bathroom was modern, spacious and spotless.

The staff were helpful, the bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
