I chose this hotel for a roundtable discussion and found the 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and meeting facilities to be very convenient for my work purposes. The airport transfer and business center services were also helpful during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of high-speed internet connection.

The array of sports facilities at Poiano Garda Resort Hotel is impressive, including a spectacular Olympic-size swimming pool, a brand new golf driving range with golf academy, and five tennis courts. We enjoyed taking advantage of these amenities and had a great time staying active as a family. The free shuttle service to Garda was also a convenient perk, allowing us to explore the town easily.

My children wanted more activities specifically designed for kids.

The breakfast is varied and offers a wide range of choices to suit different preferences.

The access to some of the apartments may be challenging for guests with mobility issues, as they involve navigating several steps.

We love the location & the friendly , helpful staff. This is our 4th short stay at this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Poiano. The shuttle service to Garda was convenient. The pool area was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Had a weekend getaway in a hotel situated in the hills of a lovely Italian town. The facilities were adequate, particularly for outdoor activities, and the wi-fi was reliable. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a small balcony with a nice view. The breakfast buffet offered a decent range of choices, and the staff were polite. One plus point is the availability of a shuttle service from the hotel to the town. Plus, there are a few good restaurants nearby.

On the negative side, the hotel is quite far from the town center, and the shuttle service doesn't run frequently enough. It's necessary to schedule your activities based on the shuttle schedule, as taxis are scarce and costly.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great views down over Garda. No problem finding the hotel as there were plenty of road signs to help you.

If you stay here you realy need to have a car as its adout 3.5km to Garda.

Room amenities are limited, with no coffee or tea makers and ironing equipment available only in a separate area.
