Every staff member was friendly and attentive. In love with soundproof and reasonably spacious rooms with twin beds.

This place is centrally located and provides a peaceful environment with soundproof rooms, comfortable beds, central heating, individual safes, and flat-screen TVs.

Its location was particularly good and incredible, really close to the river as well as city centre. The vibe here was quiet.

The room was impeccably clean and had a minibar, central heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. We greatly enjoyed having a bidet.- The location in Turin was marvelous and perfect, as it was close to many good restaurants, the train station, and the airport. It was also near the Metro station Dante.- Street food restaurant La Piadina Romagnola was located just a 5-minute walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The helpful staff at the desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring that our family group of 9 could have 4 rooms on the same floor. They even changed my room from a double to a twin, so I could share with a family member. The friendly staff added to the positive experience.

Quality 3-star hotel. Location - three metro stations from the station and two metro stops from the car museum. You can reach the hotel on foot in 20-25 minutes. It is very easy to find a hotel. There are signs on the road. You can see the yellow sign from a distance. Near the hotel there is a supermarket and several cafes. There's a green area along the Po River within a 10-minute walk. Conveniently organized room. Safe and fridge in the room. The wi-fi worked fast. It's quiet at night. Slept very quietly for 3 nights in room 409. Attentive and friendly staff, especially Marco and Francesco. The check-in and check-out are organized very quickly. The reception told me how best to buy tickets for a Juventus football match, and how best to get to the stadium. I really want to get back to Turin. I will definitely stay at the Plaza Hotel.

A somewhat noisy group of students or schoolchildren from France stayed at the hotel for a day.
