  The room decor was nice and the price was just way too much for we got at the Plaza De Armas. The service was fabulous and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was adequate.

  The hotel was a good price, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the room was not all that clean. The employees were very helpful and the breakfast buffet of fruit.

  The best thing about this hotel is the location, service are excellent and the room steaming hot and the smell of mold hit us in the face as we entered. The sheets appeared to be clean and the mattress reasonably comfortable, the continental breakfast offered is decent.

  Totally enclosed in the the room, excellent food.

  There's nowhere else to stay in Old San Juan, staff were sneaky and the elevator was small and slow. Stains on the sheets and the back of the bathroom door was downright dirty.
