I was surprised to be charged anapparently obligatorr 22 euros at the end of a three day stay for room cleaning. Pirol is a less than mediocre hotel charging high prices. Beware, the hotel is alongside a lake and in summer has a real problem with mosquitos.

You can take dogs with you. Good location - close by bike or car to beach or other places.

The breakfast spread was satisfactory and the spa facilities were quite comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient - it was near a golf course and offered a quiet escape from the nearby crowds.
Our New Year's Eve dinner and party were far from enjoyable. The menu items were not at all to our liking and we felt let down by the lack of food choices. The staff couldn't seem to accommodate us in terms of seating arrangements, which put a damper on our night. Additionally, the hotel's internet connection was unreliable and often disconnected, which was frustrating.

We stayed in a holiday flat which was very complete and good for self- catering. Staff were excellent.
For cyclists coming from Ahlbeck, there is a rather poor cycle path through the woods.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Close to the beach and with great transportation links, it was the perfect location for me. The cleanliness of both the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The spa area was comfortable and clean, and the fresh air from the golf course was enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel offered a wide variety of delicious foods.
The staff at both the front desk and restaurant were rude and unaccommodating. The rooms were poorly located with no view, and the WiFi connection was almost nonexistent.

We stayed at a hotel close to the beach but away from the crowds. The room was clean and spacious with a great terrace facing the golf course. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was very nice with a variety of options.
The hotel had limited internet access and we had to reconnect every 10 minutes, which was frustrating.
