Hotel Pierre Milan - 米兰

A great location, within walking distance from Cadorna where Malpensa Express train stops.

A very nice hotel in a good location with several restaurants and the duomo within walking distance.

The hotel's location is very good - in the centre of Milano and staff is simply great.

The location was good- only a few minutes' walk from the Duomo and all the major shops, with a metro station at the end of the road as well.

Close to the metro (which is very easy to navigate) it is a definite bonus.

My room (which I presume was standard) was relatively small -- queen bed, desk, small chair and TV oddly placed near the ceiling.

But if you are in Milan on business, you probably don't need those things as much as you need in-room internet access, room service, a comfortable bed, an in-room safe, a convenient location, and helpful staff members.

The bathroom was average size with tub/shower combination.

Rooms were good size, and breakfast (which was included in room rate) was excellent, one of the best we had during our 2 week trek through Italy.

There was no bath tub (which I always thought is a part of 5* hotels).

30 free snacks are provided in the bar which is a nice touch, reception keeps a good supply of adaptors, and theres a decent Japanese restaurant next door.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection and it set us up for a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

The hotel staff didn't go out of their way to be friendly but they were helpful and were happy to help us with booking restaurants etc.

One minor point -- if you ask for a restaurant recommendation, they'll probably send you to a place a few doors down with which they appear to have a relationship -- it's ok but not great.

Ask for something else -- there are MANY good restaurants nearby.

From the reception area to the service staff in the restaurant - don't expect much.

Not a bad hotel at all though and I found the staff and service excellent; nice to have free WiFi too.

The staff speaks English, and they are more than happy to call taxis for you or help you book train tickets, etc.

Reception and lounge are comfortable but no outside space other than at the front where the road gets really quite busy and I would not recommend taking a car as even taxis sometime refuse to attempt the very short and steep driveway.

The service was quite good but, having visited a true 5-star hotel during our stay, this isn't it.

There's no fitness center, no spa, no pool, no turn-down service, etc.

Kein Parkplatz, also Valet-Parking und am nächsten Tag 30 Minuten aufs Auto gewartet.

The staff were very helpful, also rooms were clean.

I was there for business, and I thought the hotel was conveniently located (I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go), the staff members were very helpful, my room was clean, and the breakfast was good.
