  Metro just down the road, hotel Picard is on a quiet street in 3rd arrondissiment and the owner is very friendly and extremely helpful.

  Pleasant staff except for one arrogant man at reception sometimes and rooms are tiny.

  Convenient location, the street was quiet and pleasant, pierre at the front desk was very helpful on all matters. The breakfast room was bright and cheerful, the manager was charming, amusing and spoke excellent English.

  Great location, best value and the staff were friendly except the man that was working in the evenings. The room only had a sink, i was aware of.

  Excellent location, great value and staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good for Paris. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy, the breakfast was delicious.

  In a central location down a quiet street, shouldn't a hotel at any price be clean and safe, at the very least.

  The accommodation are ridiculous, the elevator is tiny.
