  Excellent views of the matterhorn from the bridge in front of the hotel, clean bathroom and the breakfasts were hearty, and the staff very friendly.

  The location was great and everyone at the hotel were friendly and the food of a high standard. The staff were very helpful and rooms were contemporary, functional and immaculate. Breakfast was very good.

  The view was spectacular, delicious breakfast included in price of hotel, great restaurant in the evenings and the staff were helpful in every way. Rooms were clean and large, the meals were excellent.

  Quiet location and great hotel. Cheeses at good prices, very friendly staff and rooms were clean and comfortable and our room was particularly spacious. Breakfast were nice.

  Great location and lovely Hotel. Good room decoration &, superb service and very friendly and helpful owners. The shower was really powerful and the dinners and breakfasts were fabulous.

  Room did not have a good view, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were modern and shiny clean, restaurant guys were just brilliant in service.

  The view from our suite was great and the staff made us most welcome and were very helpful. Our room was quite nice and the downstairs restaurant has a good selection, and the food was very good.

  Nice views and a wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, good clean rooms and snacks at reasonable prices and pick up vaccum packed Gruyere.

  The location was great for ski lift access, the food in the residents restaurant was good quality and the staff were courteous at all times. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom modern and well fitted.

  The rooms were immaculate and a great view of the matterhorn, the hotel was clean, warm and the staff were really friendly, the food was exceptional and to a really high standard.

  The location is great and the porter was at the station within minutes to collect us, the dining room is one of the best features of the hotel. The staff have been extremely helpful and accomodating, the evening meal is a set menu and the food was really good.
