  Great location and good service.

  Central location and good facilities.

  Only bad thing about the hotel is that is allowed to smoke in the corridor, room for 4 people is too small.

  The location was fantastic and the service at the main hotel was good. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean.

  No elevator we had to carry the luggage up steep stairs, many dirts and the used towels we put on floor were being put back to shelve in the next day, breakfast was absoulutly disgusting at any price especially at 18chf.

  Great location in old town, short distance to the railway station and very near to chapel bridge. Friendly welcome by staff, rooms are well designed, comfortable like home and price is not bad for a family of four in Switzerland. The pool and nearby terrace are delightful.

  Bathroom is dirty and breakfast is a bit expensive.

  The location is great, less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and this place is falsely advertised as appropriate for 5 adults. The staff are friendly and helpful, room is nice.

  Quiet and near city center, just a short distance from train station. Comfortable place for staying there, good price and restaurants in nearby proximity as well. Polite and helpful staff, clean tidy room, free Wireless.

  Value for money in this expensive town and stained sheets.

  Near the river sightseeings, decent restaurants nearby and the location of the hotel is great. Nice staff and use of a nice pool, the rooms are small and just ok for cleanliness, is quiet.
