Hotel Pension Franz

Great location and hotel has not been updated for more than 100 years.

Wonderful location, i loved the eerie atmosphere in the common rooms and the staff was very friendly.

Good location, beautiful classic Viennese hotel and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Just one block from the metro/bus station and on a quiet street.

There's a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance where 5 tram lines stop.

房间里有很多元素(老式家具,红地毯,精致的旧楼梯).

这里确实有点破旧,但是绝大多数的房间里都有着很现代的家具(不是花俏的现代,而是朴实的现代).

这时正值欧洲的热浪,窗户却无法正确打开,但微风会以一种方式来碰撞窗户,在穿越过道时你害怕风会撞开窗户.

唯一的问题是我亲身体验过的窗口.

如果您想奢侈,豪华的住宿预订会为此付出代价.

它里面有一些迷人的古物和恐怖的画在看着你,而你却在吃早餐!

The free breakfast included different fresh breads, ham, salami, cheese, boiled eggs, corn flakes, juice and yoghurt and tasted great.

Also the breakfast in the morning was buffet with different kind of bread and also fruits served.

Breakfast was huge and delicious, general facilities were good.

The breakfast is good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, but travellers with samll children: no high chair!

The position of the hotel is very convenient and pension staff is pleasant and helpfull.

The cleaning was impeccable and the staff was very friendly.

The reception and lobby area a really time-travel, heavy carpets, lots of wood, paintings, fire-place.

Upon arrival, and once we found out how to get to the lobby up on the second or third floor, we were ignored by the desk staff while they appeared to continue surfing the internet.

We immediately told the staff that we would not be staying with them.

Up five flights of stairs from Waehringer Strasse, the lobby of the Hotel Pension Franz looks very much like the pictures on its website - only grubbier.

As we descended the old creaky lobby stairs my associate fell and although not hurt, no one from the hotel even inquired if he might be hurt or if he was OK.

Old style, helpful staff and the bathroom was very clean.

But in the fact the room we stayed in was very spacious and also very clean.

The rooms were shabby and did not appear to be very clean.

Moreover bathroom was fine and the free breakfast included different fresh breads.
