Everything was nice, so were fantastic views of the lake. It was in an excellent and unbeatable location with Philippi Park nearby. Had a very very good stay in February of 2017 & will be back.

Some people working there were incompetent.

The accommodation was wonderful with very good staff. Lots of reasonably good breakfast options. - Easy to get to, marvellous location just next door to the center of town and the hill, and a seafood restaurant. - My favorite property in Puerto Varas.

Spacious, beautiful, peaceful hotel. Incredible room, diverse and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff, great service. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, nice products. Fabulous bar with circular fireplace. Atmospheric decor, clean and tidy. Convenient location near CBD.

Nothing could have been better.

The bed and very good sheets, you really do sleep well. The attention is generally impeccable, people are available and helpful. The decoration of the room was nice and pleasant.

The room had luxurious furniture, but bad finishes, bathroom window with fungus or dirty stains, the telephone shower was broken to change the jet. There were pieces of wood as debris, under the desk. The shower screen was very short, leaving little space to avoid splashing. The spare part of the comfort was on the top, very scratchy not even having an accessory or a drawer. And there was only one. The size of the piece was very fair, with the wide spaces of reception, dining rooms and corridor, one expected more, but one finds a very tight piece. We always came in through the parking lot and it was very cold and uninformed, I felt like I was coming in the wrong place. The TV was not only old, but it was in a very bad location, to the side and very low, it was uncomfortable to watch. The breakfast was good, but I didn't find anything that surprised me for a hotel of this level/price. Eggs, ham, cereal. I went to hotels for half the price with the same breakfast in terms of variety and quality. I expected something more, especially with all the products that are in the area to surprise.

Room 215 has a strong smell of dampness in the bathroom and sheets also have a very strong smell of dampness. When I was leaving the receptionist was with a passenger. I waited for him to finish talking and when he turned around to take photocopies, I told him that I left the cards 3 times and he didn't even turn his head - he just didn't answer and kept taking photocopies, Finally I told him they are waiting for me to leave and I need to make a comment, in a very heavy way he told me that he was taking care of another person (he had not talked to the other passenger for 5 minutes, he was just in front of the photocopier pressing buttons) he did not want to hear my comment about the smell of humidity so that they could check it, I checked out around 10:00am. I didn't ask him to stop attending to the other person only that while I was making photocopies in silence he would listen to me. at least respond to the 3 times I spoke to him, There is a lot of competition in the area and everyone with a super good service. it is important to improve,

It has magnificent and amazing location to the sidewalk suitable for wheelchair guests or handicapped guests.

Appreciated the standard twin room I was given, it had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. The staff was very good and exceptionally pleasant, helped with every request. The ambience felt really COMFORTABLE and the service was excellent.

The value for the money was great and our room was fantastic - spacious, bright, and with amazing views. The location was convenient and the staff were welcoming and always ready to assist.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

The hotel is very warm, its colors, rock decoration and spacious and bright facilities, with beautiful poem verses on its walls. The staff is very friendly and willing to help guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay at the hotel. The swimming pool is a success, not so big but at the right temperature and with a support in almost all its edge, special for old people and people who do not know how to swim. Good breakfast. Good parking.

Although the gardens preserve the cave environment with their wild flowers, bushes and weeds, latter need to be cleaned and maintained. location of the hotel is relatively close to the center and coast, you have to go down and then up, on a pedestrian path that tires for an older person or someone who has reduced mobility for some reason

The room was big, bright, and had excellent heating. It had an amazing view and a spacious bathroom. The location was favorable, not very far from Museo Pablo Fierro.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to downtown Puerto Varas. The rooms have a window that can be opened, offering an excellent view of the surroundings.

All was well, no improvements needed.

amazing breakfast was the best part of the stay. wide variety of pastries, natural juice, different types of bread, etc. room is very comfortable, bed too, nice view of Puerto Varas. We were lucky not to meet many people at the pool, jacuzzi was always available for our use and water was excellent. outdoor pool was also very clean on the day of the sun.

I read several months and even years old comments about the cleanliness of the place, lack of maintenance. I could see that this is the case and that they do not really take care of this problem (although they always say in the answers that they will). toilet had a bad pond plug, it rang all night. carpets are very light, so they looked dirty and stained (the ones in the room and ones in the corridors). pool is also in need of maintenance, during our stay there we witnessed some repairs being made. I also read comments about the TVs, I didn't think I would mind, they are really very old and small, we would have expected something more for the value of that room. bathroom had SERIOUS cleaning problems and fungus, especially the tub, means they don't disinfect it or clean it daily. last day we asked for no room service, day before they only ordered the bathroom, they didn't clean it, tub was dirty. That is not acceptable in a hotel of this category.

Clean and relaxing place with fantastic views of the lake and volcanoes. The hotel offers lots of outstanding food. Excellent and unbeatable location, just a short walk from Puerto Varas Beach. The property is situated in a residential area near various coffee shops, a water park, and the city center.

This hotel was well-constructed, with a nice lounge area and a well-organized spa. the breakfast selection was good, with a few gluten-free options available. The location of the hotel was also ideal for my business trip, as it was close to key locations.

My experience at this hotel wasn't entirely positive. The blinds in my room were broken and despite asking for maintenance, nothing was done to fix them.
