Location is fine & and koregaon Park is also very accessible. The hotel is good, the staff were very friendly The service is professional and the rooms are beautiful and food incredible. Breakfast could be improved.

The house keeping is worst and no door mat is available.

Nice location and clean Hotel. House keep room service etc good, the staff are quite friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are nicely done up. Food is very delicious, dinner menu could be cheaper and spa is managed by beautiful lady.

The only polite staff i came across was in the fitness/spa area, the Food variety and Quality was also fantastic, and more ever price were great. The service was excellent and the employees were kind. The internet access was complimentary and the lava restaurant was very good.

Hotel is very good and the car service is better than the one I purchased in my last 3 trips to Pune. The bathroom is also spacious and the toilets are clean and the staff is helpful. The punjabi food is fantastic esp.
