Cheap & spotless unit with the extra bed, view of the church and a shower. Great and unbeatable location to an easy walk to the church in a beautiful area.

The location was absolutely perfect, not too far from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Visited few places in the center, within a close distance from the hotel.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

The twin room overlooks the sanctuary and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect to the Lourdes Religious areas, very close to a sanctuary and a church. And it's by Le Gave de Pau.

Satisfactory breakfast, marvellous location just next door to the center of lourdes next to shops and restaurants, shops, bars and cafes and with large windows all over. Variety of fab options for meal. Good service, parking nearby.

Perfect little and cheap room, hairdryers, a bidet, and towels in the room. Magnificent and perfect location, minute walk from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, greatly enjoyed this place. Only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the Lourdes sanctuary and the entrance of the Church. It was also conveniently close to the center of the city, with shops and restaurants nearby. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the river and showcasing the beautiful region. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, taking care of all my needs and even assisting with booking a taxi during the transportation strike. The cleanliness and modern facilities of the hotel were also commendable. Additionally, the beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this place.

Very small rooms. Beds for people 180 cm too short and too narrow. Breakfast and restaurant are very moderate.

Got great little room with incredible views and a TV set, an extra bed, and a balcony. The location of the hotel was strategic - not very far from Grotte of Massabielle. The place was set about 10 minutes walk from the downtown: D

We were delighted by the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from the Sanctuary. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and we were impressed by their friendliness and helpfulness. The room we stayed in, although small, was recently refurbished and reasonably clean. We also appreciated the hotel's efforts to cater to customers with disabilities in the common areas. we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Panorama.

Nothing, place needs a refurbisment.

Internet pictures lie,as we were lone travellers I beleieve that is why we ended up in the annex and not the main hotel. It was a fight each morning to get breakfast as we were not part of a group and they didn't want to know us.The doors to the breakfast room were slammed closed just before 9 am finish time to stop us going in for breakfast. Never will stay in a vinuales hotel again. Value for money,see what you get in a Hi Express hotel for less.

The breakfast was delightful, the check-in process was easy, and the room had a great view; the location was conveniently close to shops, bars, cafes, the Sanctuary.

a byzantine-style church was steps away from the hotel, loved its location to the main lourdes areas. the breakfast was wonderful with very welcoming personnel.

New-fashioned and neat units with balcony, view of the church plus a shower instead of a tub. Great and perfect location in the town, near tourist attractions. Great services.
