This semi-chic hotel has fabulous service, relaxing and contemporary rooms, and a great location near Union Square. The food at the Fifth Floor restaurant is divine, and the décor was also praised for its lightheartedness. The service is impeccable.

Very friendly staff: fabulous restaurant on the fifth floor, every 5pm free wine tasting is good.
Excellent location in downtown San Francisco, great quality and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Well-located for Union Square, reception in particular could not do enough to ensure you had a pleasant stay and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable.
