Don't change your money at this bank - do it at the hotel.

Et pensez pas vous acheter des souvenirs, le pays semble pauvre mais il n'est pas touristique, en fait il y a aucune boutique souvenir et à l'hotel les objets n'etaient pas achetables.

The staff was great, the location is quite nice, the rooms are comfortable.

For the money we spent on the trip, it could have been spent at a better location!

Do not stay at the Caribe location, pay for the Real section due to recent flooding.

They took mine and put it on a bus and even though I told them I was not taking that bus to the airport.

Check in was a breeze (they assigned rooms prior to our arrival, and had the keys given to us on the bus at the airport).

If filthy dirty bed and room conditions, no running water, inedible foods, bad stomach and chest infection caused by the damp bed and room hold no credence, then what will?

We had a superior room in the larger of the two hotels, the room was average with a king size bed and was CLEAN.

We had a standard room and had 3 beds in our rooms over in the Caribe section.

My room was large, very, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were in a superior deluxe room with a king size bed, far from the Disco.

Breakfast is the best meal of the day, and the chicken wings at the snack bar are good at lunch time.

We heard some people complaining about the distance of this section to the main part of the resort, but found this section very nice as it was very quiet and had a snack bar, pool and all the a la carte restaurants.

La section Caribe contient une piscine, un bar au bord et dans la piscine et le restaurant à la carte ouvert dimanche, mardi et jeudi soir.

Petit bar, petite église et superbe restaurant de fruits de mer avec sa terrasse à deux étages donnant sur la plage et la mer.

We found that the buffet restaurant had a large selection of food for all the meals.

I found Nancy and all the front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Everyone we met from housekeeping to wait staff to front desk staff, theatre troup, everyone!

If you need someone to help you translate, there are people at the front desk that can do that easily for you, although all staff knows some english and should be able to get you what you are looking for.

The staff of the resort really try to make your stay enjoyable, and if you require anything ask for Benny, he speaks english and is the customer service rep for the resort.

This reminds me of the handicapped parking spaces at the gym.

No problems getting a chair on the beach or by the pool (although getting a shady spot isn't as easy).

The nightly entertainment occurs at the Caribe resort - just a short walk down the beach, no need to wait for the shuttle if you can walk it.

The room was very clean, was done promptly every morning while we were out for breakfast.

In general the rooms are fairly large and clean but they could use some more lighting.

The room was clean - no bugs, NO NOISE, view was heavenly.

We were in a room on the second floor- clean but no balcone, so we ask to change to the first floor in front of the pool.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and reasonably priced, and food is great.

    The location is beautiful, bus ride to resort didn't take too long and the beach is pretty much like swimming on the great lakes. The hotel is huge and staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable, delmo at the pool bar is also cheerful and efficient, canopy tour - excellent.

    Amazing views of mountains, well that bus departed an hour before the one I was on and the Aqua jungle park was super. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the price was great too, the beach was cleaned every morning. Service were good and hot water worked only sometimes.

    In particular its closeness to a large tropical mountain national park and beautiful beach. The view very nice and the staff at the hotel were quite helpful. The outside decoration were well organized, the service was pretty good and the hot water only worked some times. The snack bar was fine you can handle chicken wings, canopy tour was excellent and the food was delicious overall.

    Prices at the Mall were more expensive than Toronto, the pools did not appear to be too busy either.

    The water park was absolutely great, the beach was good and the airport was renovated two years ago. Also the hotel staff were friendly and the room was large and clean. The snack bar had excellent chicken wings too, pillows were comfortable and the restaurant itself was a lovely open air setup. The dinner was planned amazing oh and the locals were very nice.

    The country is beautiful, stop at hot water spring for a relaxing dip and locals say Roatan has better hotels to offer. Staff are great, the receptionists are so nice and the hair dryer didn't work at all. The food is fantastic and the pools are exceptionally clean.

    The beach is wonderful, the stop at 'Buen Amigo's' is worthwhile and the hotel is quite beautiful sitting behind a gorgeous mountain. Teh staff is amazing and rooms are clean. Canopy tour is also a great one too, the food was excellent breakfast is kinda boring and the local beer is free.

    The beach beautiful, the staff of the resort really try to make your stay enjoyable and isis at the front desk are really helpful. Balconies are nice, food is great and the local people are very friendly. Pools at the Palma Real Resort are lovely.

    The beach was nice, our view was better in the Standard area and the food at the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and my room was large. The Canopy Tour was great and the two a la carte restaurants had just been renovated. The waiters/waitress always kept our table clean, asian was excellent and the Gardens were beautiful.

    The beach was nice, for the cost of this trip we felt was very good value and the staff that took us to Cochinos were friendly. The bed was comfortable, food was adequate and the dinner was delicious they had every kind of entre possible. Again the Honduran people were wonderful and the 2 pools were clean.

    The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, a hot tub might have been nice at night. The food is adequate.

    The ocean is not as clear as in Roatan and the locals are LOUD.
