This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always willing to provide recommendations and create an itinerary for the day. The attention to detail at this hotel is outstanding, from the beautifully chosen furnishings to the stunning view of the sea from the rooms. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's simply amazing! The variety of savoury plates and mouth-watering cakes and pastries made in-house is a treat that cannot be missed. You need to experience it for yourself!

What a wonderful find! On arrival here the receptionist was warm and helpful, in fact I could not fault any of the staff at this hotel, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel decor is eclectic and charming again with real emphasis on warm hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and very clean! The staff at this hotel takes pride in what they do, there is lots of local produce to sample, all produced on land confiscated from the mafia. All toiletries are eco friendly. There is nothing mass produced about this hotel, so if you like clinical and forgettable don't stay here. There are not many places in the world I would recommend to stay but the Hotel Pallido is one of them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals at the hotel were exceptional... All fresh often organic ingredients, deliciously prepared.

The hotel had a great location, situated right on the beachfront with a busy thoroughfare. From our room, we enjoyed a lovely view of the sea for free. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and we appreciated the large towels that were changed daily.

The location is very nice and the employees are very very kind. The buffet breakfast was good, but nothing special.

The room we had was small, city view meaning a street view, but the street was so small that you could see into the neighbours houses. The price paid for this room was expensive 120 euro/ night, taking into consideration the room we had.

Very good service and hospitality. We have felt very welcome from the first minute and have been treated most kindly. It was also very nice to receive free 'tapas' when ordering an aperitif in the late afternoon. Very nice breakfast too with fresh orange juice, which is not always the case in other Sicilian hotels. Great bathroom with spacious showercabine.

We enjoyed a nice view on the sea, but it was a pitty there was a rather busy road between the hotel and the coast which made it a bit noisy.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning upgrade we received upon arrival. Our room had a breathtaking view of the sea, making our experience at Palladio even more memorable. The open-air terrace with its fantastic restaurant was a true highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy delicious meals at any time. The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and their recommendations for exploring the area were greatly appreciated. we had a wonderful time at this charming hotel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

What a brilliant hotel with everything relevant we needed!!! Very beautiful room (at least what we had) and very nice sea-view from our balcony. Good cleaning in the rooms every day. Breakfast was very good and filling every morning, lots of italian cuisine and delicates to serve. Also sea-view in dining- area :) Hotell staff spoke very good english and were very helpfull in every situation we needed advice. Even a room- service when needed! Just lovely place, would gladly use this hotell again :)

The staff are fantastic, going out of their way to ensure a great trip! Breakfast has a wonderful view and delicious local produce. The location is perfect for exploring Taormina and authentic Sicily. The room is modern, comfortable, and has a balcony with a fantastic sea view. The restaurant serves superb food with reasonably priced wines.

The hotel staff was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was very plentiful for a European style breakfast. The dinner was a little expensive but worth the money. There was also easy access to the lido. The area is pleasant to walk around during the day and at night.
