The rooms are very very stylish as are all the public areas, the hotel is contemporary and luxurious, the water pressure is strong.
Location is great, venice is a lovely place and the FOH staff is attentive and knowledgeable.
Its in a great location and good quality.

Head southeast toward Via Giovanni Bonmartini. Continue straight onto Via Giovanni Bonmartini. Turn right onto Viale Alvise Ca’ da Mosto. Turn left onto Via Triestina/SS14 and again left to stay on Via Triestina/SS14. Go through one roundabout and take the ramp onto Via della Libertà/SR11. The district of San Polo is lovely and quieter and prettier than San Marco, location is superb, the hotel has a very nice design. Service is friendly professional and rooms are spacious and well appointed. Just snacks and past midnight, mini bar is all, the mattress is comfortable sheets are crisp, the amenities were plentiful, all in all a great breakfast to start the day.

Incredible location right on the water on the Grand Canal in Venice and a lovely hotel and i would happily try your other hotels and resorts. The design of the interior is just fantastic, the service is also really nice and the rooms are modern, chic and romantic. The breakfast is great.

The bar area is nice and overall ambience is quiet, im aware of the hotels in Venice and prices should be and just wasnt value, the FOH staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The hot water is intermittent, the breakfast is amazing.

The location is superb, hidden away down a side alley and the décor is amazing, this small hotel is a lovely refuge from the incessant touristic onslaught of Venice, staff are really friendly and helpful. The water pressure is strong and the water hot, the breakfast is very good and fine service.
