Hotel Palace Praha, Prague - 布拉格

It is located on a quiet street in a very convenient location, within an easy walk of nearly everything.

The location is very good and the hotel is located in a great area.

Very good location, within 1 minute of Wenceless Square and superb hotel - close to all amenities.

Location was excellent, never had to use a tram or taxi until it came to get to and from airport.

And beware of the concierge trying to dissuade you from using the legitimate and excellent AAA taxi firm to the airport: it is cheaper than the hotel car.

房间布置的很好,很吸引人,尽管有点小.

We had an additional be brought to the room for our 6 yr old, which was a full size twin bed.

From showing us rooms to choose from to arranging a special bed area for our daughter.

The hotel is old, but well kept, and the bathroom was huge - the bathtub had room for two people!

早餐还不错,但没有达到世界一流酒店的水平(比如说,不能预订煎蛋).

早餐种类丰盛,精心烹饪的食物摆放的样子让人非常有食欲!

There are 5 restaurants, we ate in the check bar twice and the meals were beautiful both times, also ate in the bohemian restaurant, just for the experience, a little dearer but not much.

On arrival we also received vouchers for a welcome drink each in the bar and a half price gourmet welcome meal in the restaurant (which was delicious - live piano and excellent service).

Breakfast choice was extensive and we were offered half price in the gourmet restaurant but chose to eat at the local places (eg Kolkovna & U Vejvodu).

The hotel itself is clean and the service is good, from the concierge through to the housekeepers and reception staff.

Service is absolutely exceptional at Palace Hotel Praha: The staff (doorman, concierge, receptionist, guest relation) is VERY helpful and friendly.

We utilized the airport pickup and drop off service arranged through the great concierge services.

The reception staff and concierge were very helpful and spoke good english.

Has Sauna and massage (highly recommend) but no gym.

The only draw back and this may have been because I did not ask, but we used the hotel parking garage and the charge is 25 euros a day.

I had to go to the lobby and walk upstairs at 6:10 to get them to open.

All the staff we helpful and polite, the bedrooms and general areas were clean and tidy at all times.

Hotel facilities are excellent, the service is good and very clean - lovely marble bathroom.

The room was huge, comfortable and spotless.

Both public areas and the private rooms were extremely well maintained, clean, and spacious.
