          The careful attention of the staff and modern spacious rooms. Free coffee in reception.

          Only the occasional slammed door or loud tv inside the hotel, cheap taxi whenever I needed and through the old village.

          Location is quit good, the hotel is well located downtown Guayaquil and municipal buildings for my legal profession are convenient for me to do my business. The staff is really friendly and rooms were renovated and are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a full breakfast.
