  The panoramic views from the paggeria medicea are breathtaking, this place is just pure relaxation and the rooms are clean and comfortable and have air conditioning. The local wines and produce are a great addition to every afternoon.

  The whole area overlooks the town of prato located well below in the valley, staff were very gracious and helpful, the heating was already on and set at the perfect temperature.

  The service was very good and the amenities were lovely, the two bathrooms were well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Coffee was wonderful.

  Superb food and service, great gardens.

  We relied on taxis and trains wasn't as convenient, maybe a bit hard beds.

  Great location to prato, the Medieval Village itself is wonderful and Artimino is the most beautiful place in Tuscany. Service is also very good and excellent air conditioning. The food is superb.

  The location is beautiful and really simple and the station offers a great cup of tea also. This hotel is simply fabulous, the staff are wonderful , kind and helpful, rooms are of good size and kept very clean. Breakfast is lovely and the local Cantina del Redi resturaunt is superb.

  Wonderful location and the nearby ice cream parlour was very good. Continental style breakfast included a nice variety of offerings, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were great, cleaned perfectly every morning. The swimming pool was great.

  Surroundings were lovely and the staff very nice and helpful, the service was exceptional. First, the standard of accommodation in the apartment was excellent, the continental breakfast served on the terrace was of a good standard.

  Beautiful view of tuscan countryside an Artimino and nice setting. Welcomed by the helpful staff, very luxurious room and the food and wines are excellent.

  Views to take your breath away and the hotel is of an excellent standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the apartments are beautifully equipped, food is amazing and the local product an added value.
