Facilities where very good and the place was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed that it had nice location to the nearest shop.

Location was poor, it´s a pity.

Was a lovely place to stay just next door to the main beachfront, the centre of Benidorm and nothing to write home about. All the staff were really kind and polite day and night.

The room was well-equipped and fabulous, a microwave, climate control, and an individual safe were available too. It was in a marvellous and lovely place.

It had outstanding and perfect rooms with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed.

Property is nice and staff are polite and very nice. It has particularly good and lovely setting on the main beachfront.

The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The hotel's location, although not within walking distance of the nightlife, was conveniently close to a beautiful beach and easily accessible by taxi.

The lack of on-site amenities, such as a bar or restaurant, making it inconvenient to find food and drinks within the hotel premises. the reception staff were strict and made us feel uncomfortable at times, enforcing rules that seemed unnecessary for a holiday setting.

The apartment was value for money with location in a quiet area, that's what we were expecting.

It's a fairly clean property, really great stay on holidays. It has a microwave, a dishwasher and tea/coffee making equipment. There's views of the sea & golf course.

Fairly clean apartment with magnificent location just next door to Benidorm as well as the beaches. Perfect and warm room for wifi in property. Great experience on holidays, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We enjoyed a beautiful view of a golf course from our balcony. The hotel was just as shown in the photos, with a great pool as an added bonus. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday, with a short 10-minute walk to the center and the beach. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again.

It was good base for visiting most Benidorm attractions.

The setting was poor.

Spacious, fairly clean apartment with pleasant views. Welcoming staff, and pleasant as well. Large bedroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. No complaints, reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic stay at Ona Benidorm Poniente. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony shutters provided added security. The quietness of the area made for a peaceful stay, with no traffic or noisy bars nearby. The golf course views were stunning, and the well-kept garden areas added to the pleasant atmosphere. The ample parking was convenient for our group. The flat screen TV with English channels was a nice bonus, and the table tennis inside was a hit with the kids. our experience was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The size of the apartment was great along with the balconies and the view. This is a good location but, you need a car or taxi to go or get anything.

The apartment was freezing as the heating wasn't working. Lack of snacks and/or drink between lunch and diner
