I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was very close to the metro station and just a short walk away from the tourist attractions in the Old City. The hotel facilities were great, and I appreciated the daily cleaning service of my room. The staff was extremely helpful and always available to assist me. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The hotel was ideally located near both the metro and tram stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a variety of foods that were delicious. Additionally, the hotel had a parrot which was quite amusing.
The hotel lacked an elevator which made it difficult to navigate the stairs, especially if you had heavy luggage. The double bed consisted of two joined single beds which was not very comfortable. Finally, the cleaning products used had a very strong odor that was overwhelming, and the hotel did not provide any information about their services which was inconvenient.

Great value for money and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and tramway, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. We also appreciated the small fridge in the room and the warm blankets provided.
We were also disappointed to find that there was no elevator in the building and had to climb up several flights of stairs to get to our room.
