        Clean, cheerful, comfortable. Very good location with easy access to city center and public transportation. Excellent service

        We would gladly return to this hotel. Highly recommend it, Simona has the ability of making the guests feel welcomed and properly taken care of. The crisp, clean and fresh ambiance is certainly a plus.

        Nice room in a quiet street, excellent restaurants nearby and in a walking distance from the historical centre. Furthermore great place to stay, they made me feel loke at home and the staff is extremely helpful. The balcony does not appear to be very well looked after and breakfast is simple.

        Several good restaurants nearby and great location. In a quiet place, nice lobby and i was also very grateful for the staff contacting us we left an item in the safe we left Florence. Room was very clean and breakfast was decent.

        A lot of nice restourants nearby and excellent location: only 15 minutes walk from the centre. Simple - everything you need for a short stay in Florence and the staff is friendly. Good size room.

        The nearby streets have good Trattorias and there are convenient bus connection to the city center. Hotel sraff are really nice and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very simple.

        Nice residential Tuscan view and friendly welcome. Moreover free internet in lobby, helpful staff and the room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is good.

        Walking distance from the old centre, we had a big balcony at the backside of the hotel you heard birds and very friendly staff helped us. The room was large, breakfast was good.

        Good location for like walking, the best thing in hotel is 5th floor because there are terrace from you can see the Florence and the staff is plenty nice. The breakfast room is lovely.
