  Room 231 had two balconies and a sitting area just outside the door, every staff member, without exception, was wonderful and accomodating.

  The quality of the sheets and towels were very poor, the bathroom was very small.

  Lots of other great restaurants and shops, the room was in the best location in the entire hotel.

  The front desk staff did not find any reservation for the additional first day and the water had a foul oder you turned on in the bathroom.
