Ideal location to the restaurant for breakfast outside with views of the cathedral. Very responsive, incredibly helpful stuff towards all guests. The room was nicely decorated and brand-new and complete with a beautiful view on the Münster and a great tub, as example.

The hotel was fairly clean with huge and extremely spacious rooms. The room was newly refurbished to a high quality and had a view of the munster. Everything was perfect, making it my next choice again in Freiburg im Breisgau.

The location of the hotel was charming and unique - not too far away from Freiburg Cathedral. There was an indoor restaurant nearby. Exclusive queen room was impressive and spotless had down pillows. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, hairdryers and toiletries for our convenience.

Convenient location as there are plenty of sights and Christmas markets nearby. Our room had everything we needed like heating, a safe, and a TV with multiple channels 🌟.

The accommodation here was in a great spot, close to attractions like the cathedral, and the queen suite was well-equipped with amenities such as a safe, TV, and coffee-making facilities.

My stay at this hotel was simply amazing. The location couldn't be better – right in front of the breathtaking cathedral and beside the historical Merchants' Hall. The room was big, clean, and very charming. It had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was extremely well placed right on the cathedral square and in a very picturesque setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent. We were very happy with our room which overlooked the cathedral square.

Some may find the bells from the cathedral disturbing during the night. The rooms have excellent sound proof double glazing but inevitably some noise gets through. So, if you are a light sleeper go for a room that doesn't overlook the cathedral.

Picturesque view of the church from the room was stunning. Surprisingly quiet despite the central location. Staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. Stayed in a family room with a private corridor, perfect for our small children. Perfectly located in the middle of the old city, great for exploring. Great breakfast buffet and friendly waitstaff in the restaurant.

Difficult accessibility for those traveling by car with lots of luggage due to the location in a pedestrian zone.

Wonderful staff, excellent service and two excellent rooms. The location is smack in the middle of everything.

Very hard to find your way to the hotel by car the first time, since you have to enter the pedestrian zone and drive across the market-place full of booths and people. But once you get the hang of it, no problem.
