I stayed here on this occasion as my regular choice of hotel in Budapest was booked solid and I got a good price here on an internet website.
Overall great value knowing that the hotel is on the Buda site of the city with busses bringing you where you need to go.
Great service and nice location with the park behind.
The location is on the intersection of 2 busy streets; across the street is a modern shopping mall.
I travelled solo to Budapest for the first time and had no idea of the location of the hotel.
Again leaving for the airport we good our taxi through the desk and the even had a bellman which you do not see in all Novotels.
Little bit far from the airport, but you can still get there in 30-40 minutes by transfer.
I don't know); the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a shower, no bath, and the toilet was separate.
It was a large room, with a very comfortable bed, large TV with good channels, great shower and bath and plenty of storage.
Room is quite small but you get a large double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, toilet and shower room.
Perhaps there are some un-renovated rooms, but my room had a brand new appearance with Ikea-like furniture, LCD flat panel TV, and new bath fixtures.
LCD TV and the room had a queen sized bed.
The food at the restaurant was quite good.
Dined in the restaurant one evening where the food was very good but pricy by Budapest standards.
Great restaurants and wines with fantastic scenery and plenty to do.
The lobby and lounge bar are fresh and new, very colorfull.
In total we paid 99 euros per night including breakfast and taxes.
Everything was fine, the front desk staff was very helpfull, no issues the changed some money for me and I booked a 2 hour sightseeing tour through them for which the bus showed up on time at the hotel entrance.
Spoke to some of the staff, Tamas at the front desk was very helpfull finding things to do and a restaurant in the Castle district.
Staff were very good with evidence of customer service training being evident.
Its a clean place, nice staff and there was plenty of hot water.
Pool and gym a nice touch, but a bit shabby.
We travelled by car and the hotel had a free parking with security guard.
There is a swimming pool, but it was being refurbished.
The service was great and the rooms were surprisingly nice (modern, clean and well furnished).

Room was in excellent condition and kept spotlessly clean.
It was very comfortable with a fresh new look, duvet and a free safe in the room.
