  The shower door would not stay closed and friendly staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, great food.

  Location near the tenderloin, very crowded nearby and not worth the money.

  Public areas very nice including a nice relaxing bar and good value. Lovely foyer and welcoming staff, hot tub, free newspapers at your door every day. Excellent food.

  Our room had a great view of the bay and Union Square, the location of the hotel was perfect for our quick getaway. Staff were very nice and the bed was very soft, and made up very nicely.

  From there, all the areas of the city are easily accessible and hotel Nikko is slightly cheaper. Room service is quick and Japanese breakfast restaurant are excellent.
