The location is indeed convenient, hotel staff are very good and the lobby is more luxury than the rooms. Service is friendly prompt, the beds are HUGE and the bathtub is big. Buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent.

No elemis products like i have found in other intercontinentals and s no duty manager present is ineffective and unhelpful. Gym is poor, no free entrance spa, no swimming pool no everything.
